Joseph M. Pustizzi is the founder of the firm. He previously represented over 350 associations, which involved detailed knowledge of Florida association law and corporate governance. In this capacity, Mr. Pustizzi served as general counsel to his corporate clients. Mr. Pustizzi also has extensive experience conducting civil litigation, including mediation, arbitration before the Department of Business and Professional Regulation, non-jury trials, and appellate work.
Mr. Pustizzi is licensed in Florida and admitted to practice in all state courts, as well as the United States District Court, Southern District. He received his B.S. in Criminology and Political Science from Florida State University in 2003, and his J.D. from Nova Southeastern University in 2009. He is a South Florida native and resides here with his family.
